INFO/FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS:Arcadian will extend credit terms of Net 10 Days to those customers with established credit. To obtain an open account, please complete our required credit application, provide the necessary information and normally we can have an Open Account established within one day. All open accounts are extended to individuals only or Corporations where a personal guarantee is made. Any account without open account status must pay by Cash in Advance or by Credit Card. Any account over 45 days will be changed to Credit Card or Cash In Advance only. Open accounts beyond 45 days are subject to late fees and interest of 18% or as allowed by law. NSF Checks are charged $45.00. See credit application & agreement for all terms. All calls to Arcadian are recorded, both incoming & outgoing, to insure professional customer service. Recorded calls with be used for training purposes and documentation of the call and can/will be used as potential evidence for any legal or court review that may be initiated.

FREIGHT POLICY:Most orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground Service unless size or weight requires truck-line service. All damage claims must be made with the shipper immediately upon delivery as all items left our location in good condition. All freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and those amounts may be added to the order if not sent freight collect. Any additional requests for extra services such as pre-delivery calls, inside delivery, redelivery charges, etc., are an optional charge and to be paid by the purchaser. Some freight companies charge more for residential deliveries and those fees are to be paid by the purchaser. All shipping charges are subject to change at anytime without advance notice.

SPECIAL ORDERS:Any order that is not normally stocked is a custom or special orders. Those orders may require advance payment and cannot be returned. Any hoses, wire or other items cut to requested lengths are non-returnable.

PRODUCT POLICY:Shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days. Request for the return of goods must be made with 10 days and you must receive authorization in advance prior to returning an item. No returns are accepted Freight Collect. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All electronic or plumbing type items are certified to be in good condition prior to being shipped. Any claim of such an item not working upon arrival shall be handled between the manufacturer of the item and the purchaser, not Arcadian. Parts cannot and should not be used for “testing” or “problem tracking” and cannot be returned. If a returned item appears to be used in any manner, no refund will be made. The customer shall be notified and given the opportunity to have the item returned back to them for additional shipping fees.

WARRANTIES:All products sold carry only the manufacturer’s warranty and are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. We offer no warranty of any type or kind, expressed or implied. The customer is responsible for all transportation, labor costs and any other incidental expenses associated with warranty repairs or replacement.

PRICES/TAXES:Due to the constant changes in the market place, all prices are subject to change at any time without advance notice. Arcadian will add appropriate state sales tax to every invoice that is delivered into a state where we are required to collect it. You may be
